Q: What payment options does DX accept?

A: DX accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover, PayPalWebmoney.

 

Q: How do I pay with a Credit Card?

A: To prevent fraud, credit card users must verify their identity with DX or use 3D Secure.

Ø  .To verify  your identity:

Click on the checkout page.

Enter your credit card information and click




Complete your purchase and wait for an email from 



 



Reply to the email with ALL of the following:

 


l  A copy, photo, or screenshot of your credit card bill showing previous



purchase and the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card number



l  A picture or scan of the credit card showing the first 6 digits and last 4 digits



of the card number



l  A picture or scan of your national photo ID. Driver's license, passport, or



national ID card



 


Information submitted will only be used to verify the authenticity of the card

holder.




The information will be stored in DX’s secure servers and will never be shared

or





sold.

Register and activate yourMasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa account


Click on the checkout page.

Q: Why was my credit card declined?


A: All payment processing is handled by an independent secure payment processor.  DX is not given any payment information.  Please verify the following and contact your credit card issuer if the problem persists.

 

 ● Incorrect billing information

 ● Insufficient funds

 ● Card has been reported as lost or stolen

 ● Card has expired

 ● Card has not been activated

 ● Card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)

 ● 3-D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) has not been activated

 ● Credit limit reached

 

Q: Why was my Paypal payment declined?

A: All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal.  DX is not given any payment information.  Please verify the following and contact PayPal if the problem persists.

● Zero balance without backup funding

● Returned Check

● Negative Balance

● Exceeded spending Limit

● Credit card expired
