Q: My account says it needs to be activated

Some website features require account activation.  Please click on the activation link in your welcome email.  If you no longer have this email please request it again here


Q: Why didn't I get my account activation email?

The welcome email containing the activation link is usually sent immediately but can take up to 1 hour.  Please wait and check your spam folder.  If the problem persists then please add sales@dealextreme.com to your contacts list and request the activation link to be resent here.


Q:Can I change my default address, email, andname?

The default information (email, forum username, primary mailing address) cannot be changed after account registration.


A second DX account can be created with the new information and the Tip Post feature used to transfer active Affiliate and DX Points.


Q: What should I do if I forget my AU Direct account password?

A:Go to the login page → click “Find Password?” → Type in the email address that you used to register in dx.com or aud.dx.com, we will send you a password reminder.
