Q: What is Free Resend Service?
A: Free Resend is a part of delivery services we provide. It refers to that once the failure of delivery occurs, due to the wrong contact number or we cannot successfully contact you according to the delivery information you left us,we will contact you and resend the parcel to you up to 3 times with no extra charge. If we still cannot get your confirmation, we will keep the parcel for you up to 1 month then we will refund the money to you which deducted all the shipping cost.
Q: Can I change my address when I’m not in the place you deliver to?
A: If you need to change your delivery address which is different from the address you have wrote in delivery address in shopping cart, it will cause some extra cost from Courier Company.
